On Monday, July 19th, Dr. Noel gave a lecture at the Cluster of Excellence “Integrative Computational Design and Construction for Architecture” (IntCDC) at the University of Stuttgart in Germany. In her lecture, “Rethinking Craft: Situated Computations + Repairing Design“ she spoke about disappearing craft practices, knowledges, and communities and how we might employ design and computation in the restoration, remediation, and reconfiguration of these practices. In the IntCDC Constructive Conversations, the IntCDC hosts renowned national and international scientists to speak on current topics and challenges in the field of IntCDC. Link here >>>
